What kind of customer support do you offer clients?

Our customer service team is available to guide you through using any of our Laser products. You can call us Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (GMT), or you can use our out-of-hours service for urgent technical support, such as an unexpected error message.

If you are outside the UK we ask you get in touch so we can arrange a time to suit you to explain things in more detail. We will happily work to your time zone, but we may need some time beforehand to ensure a member of the team is available.
