What do I do if I can’t login to my Laser e-portfolio?

The first thing to do is check you are logging into the right place. If you are completing a qualification with a training provider or college anywhere in the world, you will have a unique URL for that Laser.

Please check that you are seeing your organisation’s logo in the top left corner of the login screen. If it is not the correct logo, you are trying to login to the wrong Laser which is why your login details are not recognised. You may need to go back to the original email you were sent by your training organisation to retrieve the URL or contact your assessor or training provider directly.

This often happens if you use Google search to get to a login screen. Google will most likely take you to the incorrect Laser login page for your organisation as we cannot control which of the many Lasers will be returned as a result on Google, and if you are not training with the organisation the results give you, you will not be able to login.

If you are seeing the message ‘user no longer active’ this means your organisation has suspended your account. You must contact the organisation directly to ask them to reinstate your account, our team do not have the authority to do this.
